Stopping the PA's Pay-for-Slay with Maurice Hirsch

Since 2011, when Palestinian Media Watch exposed the Palestinian Authority annually budgeting cash rewards to terrorists, the U.S. and Israeli governments have tried to end this practice. While efforts like the 2018 Taylor Force Act and similar Israeli legislation resulted in a substantial drop in the PA’s income, it did not end the pay-for-slay policy. Efforts are now underway to raise the bar by designating the distributor of these funds, the PA’s Commission of Prisoners' Affairs as terror sponsor. Will this suffice? If not, what steps need to be taken?
