The Limits of the Red-Green Alliance with Asra Nomani

Description

In this episode of the Middle East Forum Podcast, guest host Dexter Van Zile, managing editor of Focus on Western Islamism, speaks with Asra Nomani, senior editor of investigations at Fox News Digital, about the alliance between Islamist organizations and left-wing activist movements.

Nomani explains how a relatively small but highly organized network creates what she calls the “myth of the marching millions,” using coordinated demonstrations, carefully framed media imagery, and alliances with political organizations to project influence beyond its actual grassroots support.

The discussion also examines Linda Sarsour, Zohran Mamdani, Code Pink, foreign funding of activist organizations, Islamist institutions and planned communities, the movement’s treatment of women and gay people, and the importance of transparency, law enforcement, and assimilation.
